It's hard to imagine a world without social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook. Even though most people hadn't heard of the concept three years ago, now everyone, it seems keeps track of family, babies and their social events by means of sites like these.

Missouri officials have located more than 200 unlicensed breeders and rescued nearly 1,900 dogs since cracking down on the state's substandard breeding facilities starting in February.
Missouri Department of Agriculture Director Jon Hagler and Attorney General Chris Koster have teamed up to take legal action against breeders who are not licensed, the second part of "Operation Bark Alert."
